What kind of thing is priced
A few of them, and who stated each
How the prices are spread
One point per order of magnitude: the left is fractions of a cent, the right is millions. Nothing is interpolated between them, and the counts are in the page whether or not a chart is drawn.
Each of these is a publisher quoting itself: a cloud vendor's own retail list, a router's own model pricing, a government's own award record, a pharmacy-cost survey, shop prices contributed by the people who paid them, and the figures the world has written into a public knowledge base. None of it is a price this estate has been quoted, none is one it will be charged, and none is evidence that anyone paid it. These are not rates: a rate applies to usage this estate performed, lives in the meter, and is admitted separately. A currency shown as a Q-number is the unit the knowledge base stated, left as stated rather than guessed into a currency.
